Mahwah, N.J. – Bob Weissburg, D&M Holdings’ sales and marketing president /Americas, has resigned.
In a company statement it states, “It is with regret that D&M Holdings, Inc. announces the resignation of Bob Weissburg.”

It continued that Weissburg, “has led the Americas team through significant business cycle challenges, including growing both revenue and market share as the economy continues its recovery. Over the last seven years, Mr. Weissburg’s many accomplishments, successful marketing campaigns and targeted sales initiatives have been instrumental in helping build D&M’s audio brands into the market leaders they are today. The statement also said D&M has begun an internal and external search to replace his position and the company is “fully committed to a seamless transition in which all our valued customers continue to receive the same high levels of service they have come to expect from us.”

Weissburg joined D&M in April 2004 after a 20-year career with Sony Electronics where he was a senior executive in charge of several phases of CE sales in North America.

Weissburg’s departure comes soon after the exit of two other veteran executives at D&M. Steve Baker, a 26-year veteran with Denon and D&M, who was most recently sales and marketing senior VP for Latin America, left in April.
