Basking Ridge, N.J. — Verizon Wireless expanded its 4G LTE tablet section for the second consecutive day, this time adding the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro with 12.2-inch screen.

Yesterday, the company began offering LTE-equipped version of LG’s G Pad 8.3 tablet.

The additions expand the carrier’s LTE tablet selection to 11 models, excluding used models. Both new models are available through Verizon stores and indirect channels.

The Galaxy Note Pro is available at $849 without activation and $749 when purchased with new two-year activation. Customers can add the tablet to a More Everything plan for $10/ month.

It also has Multi Window feature to view up to four applications simultaneously for improved multitasking. This feature enables drag and drop for cutting and pasting between apps.

The 12.2-inch models also have 64GB MicroSD card slot, 8-megapixel main camera with flash and 4x digital zoom, and 2-megapixel front camera with flash. The cameras deliver zero shutter lag, the company said.
