Concord, Mass. — TomTom said it will introduce in June its first widescreen portable GPS called the TomTom ONE XL.
The unit is a 4.3-inch widescreen version of its top selling TomTom One and offers a sleek chassis. The personal navigation device also offers real-time RDS-TMC traffic capability and preloaded maps of the United States and Canada. It will ship in June at an estimated retail of $399.
