Garden City, N.Y. — Bruce Youmans, a 20-year veteran of TDK Electronics and its marketing VP, has been named to the new post of product research and development VP.
Youmans is now responsible for “identifying market opportunities, building alliances and implementing new product launches,” the company said.
Replacing Youmans will be Lou Magarelli, who joins the company after a 10-year career at Fuji Photo Film U.S.A. where he was most recently commercial markets sales VP.
Magarelli will handle all aspects of the organization’s marketing plans, objectives and initiatives, TDK said.
