Bellevue, Wash. — T-Mobile launched another music phone, the $99 Samsung Beat packaged with a 1GB microSD card preloaded with music.
The black, quadband GSM/EDGE flip phone also comes with wired stereo headset, Bluetooth stereo, USB cable for side-loading music from a computer, dedicated external music controls and stereo speakers. It plays MP3, WMA, AAC and AAC+ music files. It also features 1.3-megapixel camera. The price is with two-year contract. It’s available at select T-Mobile retail stores and at the company’s Web site.
