Sony L Series AIO Ships In July

New York – Sony today
released its L series all-in-one PC with a 3D 24-inch display.

The unit, available on
July 13 with a $1,420 suggested retail, replaces the Sony J series as
the company’s entry in the all-in-one space.

The top-end L-series
model is powered by an Intel quad-core Core i7 processor. It has dedicated
Nvidia graphics with 1GB of video RAM, an HD webcam, USB 3.0 ports and can come
with either Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional.

The PC has a Blu-ray
optical drive and uses an active-shutter 3D viewing system. It can also connect
to a PlayStation3 or other set-top box via HDMI.

It will come in several
flavors, including a Sony Signature Collection model that will feature a
special white color scheme. The basic model has a black chassis.
