SANTA MONICA, CALIF. – CEA president/CEO Gary Shapiro, Joseph Akhtarzad of Video & Audio Center; Mike Fasulo of Sony; Tom Campbell of Video & Audio Center; Jimmy Delshad, the honorary ambassador of Beverly Hills; and Meyer Akhtarzad of Video & Audio Center help open the chain’s new location at Westfield Century City. During the three-hour ribbon-cutting sales event the retailer sold 28 70-, 79- and 85-inch Sony 4K Ultra HD TVs, and sales of Sony’s Ultra HD camcorders were “substantial,” according to Campbell.
