San Diego - Sony is promoting the retail availability of its new in-dash navigation-equipped multimedia head unit with two online music videos, radio ads, and online ads including rich-media video banners.
The two music videos appear on Sonystyle.com and on Sony's social-network channels, including Facebook and Twitter. One is done in rock-ballad style, featuring fictitious band "
," and an R&B-style video features fictitious group "
." Both were directed by Grammy Award winner Trish Sie.
in the videos are the first in-dash nav systems in the U.S. to include TomTom navigation technology. They feature 7-inch and 6-inch WVGA touchscreens and iPod/iPhone connectivity.
