Sonance Launches On-Line Account Management

San Clemente, Calif. – Sonance said it has become the first custom-installation supplier to offer dealers on-line access to account information and order products on-line.

The company’s SonaLinQ online ordering and tracking system, which went on-line today, includes what it said is the industry’s first-ever 24/7 manned help desk.

SonaLinQ lets authorized dealers securely enter orders, track shipments, view current credit status and payment history, and allow credit card payment of open invoices. Dealers can also access up-to-date technical data and product catalog information.

Other companies offer online access to reps and distributors, Sonance said.

SonaLinQ is backed by the industry’s first customer support desk that offers help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via a new toll free number: (866) 853-HELP (4357). All calls will be answered by a live person, who will then transfer the call to an appropriate Sonance employee.
