Wilsonville, Ore. –
Headphones manufacturer SOL Republic has established a website in response to
pending litigation involving Signeo’s Soul by Ludacris headphones line.
In a statement issued on
Wednesday, SOL Republic said Signeo is claiming trademark infringement of the Soul
trademark, alleging confusion among consumers.
SOL Republic’s site,
, shows screen shots of when its
domain name was registered and copies of its certificate of incorporation. It
also said it has filed its opposition to Signeo’s request for an injunction.
SOL is said to stand for
“Soundtrack of Life.”
TWICE contacted Signeo for
comment, but was not answered as of this posting.
