Ill. – Shure added to its line
of over-hear headphones today with a model created specifically for pro DJ
applications.
The
SRH750DJ are said to feature custom 50mm drivers tuned to deliver high-output
bass with extended highs, offering maximized power handling for use with DJ mixers.
The padded ear cups can swivel 90 degrees and allow total control of placement
on one ear when mixing, Shure said.
Other
features include 3,000mW maximum input power; adjustable, collapsible headband;
closed-back, circumaural design; a bayonet clip that locks the cable into the
ear cup; a 10-foot coiled, detachable cable; and replaceable ear cup pads.
A carrying
bag is also included. Suggested retail is $149; they are scheduled to be
available in November.
