Shapiro To Keynote DMFE

Los Angeles – Digital Media Wire today announced its
finalized speaker list, keynotes and agenda for the 11th Annual Digital Music
Forum East (DMFE), with Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) president/CEO
Gary Shapiro as keynoter.

Shapiro will be featured
in a fireside chat covering a range of topics focused around his views about
how innovation can fuel progress and ultimately save the content and music
industries, Digital Media Wire said.

The DMFE will be held at
the Museum of Jewish Heritage in New York on Feb. 24.

“This edition of DMFE is
especially exciting as it features a diverse array of speakers ranging from
some of the hottest start-ups from the ‘new’ music industry to the senior most
executives from established entertainment companies and top brands,” said Ned
Sherman, founder and CEO of Digital Media Wire. “Gary Shapiro will also
contribute an invigorating keynote that resonates not only to a once disheveled
music business that is reinventing itself, but also to America’s core as we
innovate our way out into a new era.
