Service Net Names Callahan President

Jeffersonville, Ind. – Lansdon Robbins, chairman and founder of Service Net, has given his responsibilities as CEO of the company to current president Kevin Callahan.

The move was approved by the board of Service Net, a warranty and service-management firm which opened in 1996, effective immediately.

As chief executive officer, Callahan, 41, will provide day-to-day management and leadership for the company, while Robbins, 38, will remain involved as Service Net’s board chairman, focusing on the company’s overall strategic direction.

Callahan has been president of Service Net since its inception. He, like Robbins, previously worked with General Electric. He cited Maytag, Philips, Office Depot, Sony and Dell among the industry-leading companies that have chosen to align with Service Net.
