San Jose, Calif. – Brian Sereda, formerly Virage Logic chief
financial officer and finance VP, has been named chief financial officer of
, developers
of the CloudTV app platform.
Sereda, who has more than two decades of financial management
experience in Silicon Valley, most recently helped Virage Logic through its
successful acquisition by Synopsys.
He has held senior financial roles in a number of other market
areas, including software, semiconductors, networking equipment and CE devices.

financial expertise coupled with his operational acumen and passion for the

Prior to his tenure with
VirageLogic, Sereda had spent two years as chief financial officer and treasurer
at Proxim Wireless.
Sereda also served as VP of finance and corporate controller for
Portal Software, and has held senior financial management positions with
Credence Systems, Handspring, Sygen International and Lam Research.
