Barcelona, Spain –
Sennheiser took the wraps off two new models in its Mobile Music wireless
headset series.
The over-the-ear MM
450-X and on-ear MM 550-X feature Apt-X wireless technology, the company’s
NoiseGard 2.0 active noise-canceling technology, and its TalkThrough feature,
designed for one-button external mic activation.
For devices that don’t
support Apt-X technology, both headsets will automatically switch to Bluetooth,
Sennheiser said. The MM 550-X adds SRS Wow HD technology, said to provide
stronger bass and greater clarity.
Both will be available
in March. Pricing wasn’t given.
