Atlanta - SED International Holdings is celebrating its 30th anniversary this Wednesday with a reception and charity event for the Feeding America organization.

In addition, SED will be conducting special prize drawings beginning at 10:00 AM which will continue every 30 minutes throughout the day.
To commemorate this major corporate milestone, SED is also launching a special initiative, titled "SED Gives Back;" and has selected the domestic hunger-relief charity, Feeding America (formerly America's Second Harvest), as the beneficiary of both cash and food donations to be collected at the SED's warehousing/fulfillment centers located in California, Florida, Georgia and Texas, the distributor said.
The Feeding America network provides food assistance to more than 25 million low income people facing hunger in the U.S. each year, including more than nine million children and three million seniors.
Jeanie Diamond, chairman & CEO of SED, stated, "Since our founding 30 years ago, SED has endeavored to uphold a tradition of giving back to our communities whenever and however we can. In honor of our employees, their families, our business partners and all those we have had the privilege of serving over the past three decades, SED is very pleased to pledge our support to Feeding America - an organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of millions of people."
