Tempe, Ariz. – Rockford said the Nasdaq Stock Market approved its application to transfer its stock listing from the Nasdaq Global Markets to the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Rockford took this action after receiving a letter from Nasdaq that it did not comply with Nasdaq Global Market listing requirements as its shareholder equity fell below $10 million in the first quarter.
