Revie Leaves Samsung, Stinziano, McGlynn Advance

Ridgefield Park, N.J. – John Revie,

Samsung Electronics America

Home
Entertainment marketing senior VP, left the company Monday.

He has been replaced by Joe Stinziano, formerly the company’s
consumer business division sales senior VP and one-time D&M Holdings and
Sony executive.

No reason for Revie’s departure was provided.

“We wish John all the best,”
said Ethan Rasiel, Samsung consumer business division communications director.

Meanwhile, Denny McGlynn, formerly senior VP covering Best Buy,
Sears and Target sales, has been named interim consumer business division sales
senior VP, replacing Stinziano.

Stinziano joined Samsung in December of 2009 after more than 20
years managing market leading brands in the CE, telecom and IT space.

Prior to his current role with Samsung, he spent three years as senior
VP at D&M Holdings, responsible for marketing, sales, channel management
and the P&L for the Denon brand.

Stinziano also spent almost 10 years at Sony handling their A/V, recording
media and hard-disk-drive businesses, and eight years at AT&T/Lucent, where
he worked in both sales and marketing in their consumer markets and products
divisions.

McGlynn joined Samsung in October of 2007 after 17 years at Sony,
where he most notably served as sales VP, responsible for the Best Buy account.

Prior to that, he held numerous sales and sales management
positions, including at Circuit City, and several regional accounts.
