Ann Arbor, Mich. - ReCellular, the collector and re-processor of used cellphones and personal electronic devices, has added three new VPs.

Eric Miller has joined the company as business development and marketing VP, Joe McKeown has been named marketing and communications VP and Elyssa Edwards has signed on as e-commerce VP

Prior to joining ReCellular, Miller worked as business unit leader of channel services for Celestica where he had global responsibility for wireless carriers, pay TV operators, insurance providers, retail and e-tail. Prior to Celestica, Miller held executive positions in both business development and operations at Solectron, Teleplan and Magnetic Data Technology.

McKeown joins ReCellular from The Atlantic Partners, a business turnaround and venture capital firm. He brings more than 20 years of consumer and business marketing and communications experience.

Edwards has nearly two decades of consumer marketing and demand generation experience for premier brands like TiVo (where she led e-commerce sales of refurbished product), Apple, AOL, and Netscape, as well as several successful start-ups. Most recently she led the direct to consumer business for SugarSync, a cloud service in the mobile access and storage arena.

"As we continue to rapidly grow and scale ReCellular as the industry leader, Eric, Joe and Elyssa round out our senior leadership team," said company CEO Steve Manning. "With the market for re-commerce electronics expected to grow by more than 60 percent over the next 3 years, we're investing in our senior leadership team to help capture the majority of that growth."

In addition, the company announced the promotion of John Wetherholt to GM of its Dexter Operations.
