Minneapolis — Best Buy is offering under its Insignia private-label brand, one of the first portable TVs to include a built-in ATSC tuner.
The tiny set, model NS-7HTV ($199.99), features a 7-inch LCD panel and both NTSC and digital ATSC tuners for reception of both analog and digital broadcasts.
Currently, a number of companies are at work to develop a next-generation standard for tuning ATSC stations when in motion. See: LG mobile DTV system to debut and Samsung demos mobile DTV format at CES.
