Santa Cruz, Calif. – Plantronics reported higher net revenues and net income in its fiscal third quarter, ended Dec. 31.
Net revenues were $181.6 million, up 9 percent year on year.
Net income was $31.6 million, up from the prior year’s $23.3 million.
In the Americas sales were $118.9 million during the quarter,
up 6 percent year on year from $111.9 million.
By product group, office and contact center sales were up
19.3 percent to $122.9 million year on year. Mobile was down 8 percent to $43.2
million, gaming/computer was down 4.8 percent to $10.5 million while Clarity
was up 1.4 percent to $4.9 million.
