LAS VEGAS — Pioneer is coming to International CES with its next generation of network-connected in-dash receivers, said to bridge the gap between traditional navigation and DVD receivers and the company’s smartphone-tethered head units such as AppRadio.
Five new in-dash receiver, four navigation units, and one multimedia-A/V head unit at Pioneer’s booth incorporate a new interface called NEX (Networked Entertainment eXperience).
The company will also show products from its home electronics, Pioneer DJ, and cycle sports groups.
