Palmer Luckey: A Luckey Guy

His flagship product still hasn’t hit the market, but Oculus founder Palmer Luckey has made headlines with every pronouncement, no matter how tiny, regarding the release date of the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset, in the almost four years since its unveiling on Kick-starter in 2012.

Gamers have begun licking their chops in earnest at the prospect of playing Guitar Hero VR, which Luckey recently teased at the 2015 Game Awards.

With Facebook buying his company; and You-Tube, Nokia, Google and Lytro on board as partners, Luckey continued in 2015 to live up to his surname.
