San Diego — Imaging software developer Nik will ship its Silver Efex Pro software to specialty dealers this month.
The plug-in software is used for creating black-and-white images, mimicking the look of 18 black-and-white film types.
The company will bundle a sample pack of Pictorico’s Gekko fine-art inkjet media (a $15.99 value) with the software until Sept. 15, 2008.
Silver Efex Pro retails for $199.
