La Verne, Calif. — Nextar said it would ship a 3.5-inch frame to dealers this month.
The N3-505 sports a 320 by 240 TFT LCD display with 32MB of internal memory and slots for SD and Memory Stick flash-memory cards.
The model is currently selling through Bed, Bath & Beyond for a suggested $49.99.
Nextar offers a line of frames from 1.8-inch key chain models to 10.4-inch units.
