Irvine, Calif. — Toshiba introduced three new notebooks for the gamer market that are only available only from Toshiba Direct.
The P100 Series is comprised of the ST9012, ST9412 and the ST9612. All feature a 17W-inch display; SuperMulti dual-format, double-layer DVD player; DVI-D output; and the NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GTX graphics card. Each also features Toshiba’s Express Media Player that allows the notebooks multimedia features to be accessed directly without having to boot the computer.
Prices start at $1,999.
The ST9012 is powered by an Intel Core Duo T2400 processor, has an 80GB hard drive and 1GB of DDR2 553MHz memory standard, upgradeable to 4GB.
The ST9412 uses the Core Duo T2500 and has a 100GB hard drive, while the ST9612 is basically the same with a slightly different memory configuration.
