Nationwide’s Specialty Electronics Inks Powerline Control

Northridge, Calif. – Powerline Control Systems has signed an
agreement with

Specialty
Electronics Nationwide

, the specialty CE and custom-installation
division of the Nationwide Marketing Group.

This agreement will increase PCS’s product distribution
network, “and allow SEN dealers to reap the financial benefits of purchasing at
much higher volume levels, meaning lower prices and increased profitability,”
the manufacturer of PulseWorx

lighting
control

for residential and light commercial applications, and
inventor of Universal Powerline Bus (UPB) technology said in a statement.

SEN dealers will now have access to PulseWorx, PCS’s
lighting and electrical control devices utilizing UPB technology, which uses
existing powerlines to communicate signal controls. PulseWorx provides a
lighting control and home automation solution that is reliable, affordable,
flexible and easy to install, SEN said.

SEN will continue to support dealers with inventory
fulfillment solutions, extensive training programs, marketing initiatives,
website solutions, customizable digital signage, consumer financing, inventory
financing, competitive credit card processing rates, store design and
merchandising, installation services, extended-warranty programs designed to
support custom installation services and more, the company said.

“We welcome Powerline Control Systems as a new and valued
vendor partner to the Specialty Electronics Nationwide roster of
manufacturers,” said Jeannette Howe, executive director of SEN. “We are quite
impressed with PCS’s retrofit lighting solutions and believe their products
present a great opportunity for our members,” Howe said in a statement.

PCS will display at SEN’s PrimeTime! member conference
and vendor exhibition at the Gaylord Texan in Dallas, Aug. 21-24. “We are
thrilled that PCS will be on hand to join us in celebrating Nationwide’s 40th
Anniversary,” said Howe. Both PCS (booth 3504) and SEN (booth 4334) will be
exhibiting at CEDIA Expo 2011, Sept. 9-11, in Indianapolis.
