Winston-Salem, N.C. – Nationwide Marketing Group has
partnered with delivery operations software leader DispatchTrack to provide the
manufacturer’s innovative end-to-end delivery operations software to
Nationwide’s members at special reduced group pricing.
Designed to manage home-delivery logistics and technician-support
operations, DispatchTrack utilizes the Android mobile platform for the field
resources and a web-based application for the office manager, allowing them to
manage field operations, the buying group said.
Featuring GPS tracking, routing and time-window calculations,
as well as the ability to capture job pictures, job notes and customer
signatures in real-time, DispatchTrack helps ensure on-time, quality controlled
deliveries. Its customer surveys, credit card swiper and delivery-status
tracking widget complete the package, Nationwide said.
