Winston-Salem, N.C. — Nationwide Marketing Group (NMG), the $11 billion buying organization for independent dealers, has opened registration for its next convention and buying show.
The group’s PrimeTime! event will be held March 8-11, 2009, at the Hilton Riverside in New Orleans under the theme “Take Charge: Tactics, Trends and Savings.”
According to NMG, vendor partners will be offering millions of dollars in savings on top-brand merchandise through the group’s CashBack Now program and special show-exclusive offers.
The “Take Charge” theme will be reflected in convention seminars, which will focus on tactics members can employ to remain profitable. Industry leaders and the NMG leadership team will also present timely reports on the latest financial and product trends, the group said.
“In New Orleans we will be challenging our member dealers to take charge of their businesses, take charge of their finances, take charge of their future by strategically utilizing the benefits that their membership provides, and by taking full advantage of all the resources available to them at PrimeTime!,” said Robert Weisner, NMG’s executive VP.
“Although NMG has always provided our members with the resources and tools needed to succeed, this PrimeTime! we will be stepping it up a notch and challenging our members to take action and take charge in 2009,” he said.
