Las Vegas — Motorola announced its second Skype-certified VoIP telephony product this week.
The Motorola Talk & Tunes wireless Internet calling kit with stereo includes the company’s Bluetooth stereo headphones (HT820) and a Bluetooth PC adapter (PC850). Used in tandem, the devices allow users to wirelessly connect to a PC and listen to streamed audio or place Skype calls. The music will automatically pause as calls are received.
The device can be used up to 30 feet away from a computer. Music and voice are controlled via a button on the headset.
The Talk & Tunes kit is set to ship in before the end of the second half of the year; pricing was not set.
