Brisbane, Calif. — Monster is launching a line of Sirius Satellite Radio accessories, including several antenna products.
The company is shipping a Sirius home antenna for indoor or outdoor use and a car antenna at estimated retail prices of $49.95 and $69.95, respectively.
Monster also plans to add three Sirius products in the future, including a home audio extension cable that allows a greater distance between a home stereo receiver and the antenna. Also planned is a dish-mount antenna that can attach to an existing satellite TV dish and a satellite radio/TV combiner that connects to a satellite TV system to transmit both satellite TV and satellite radio over the same coax line. Estimated retail prices range from $39.95 to $79.95.
Monster has been steadily expanding into new accessory areas beyond its core cable business, adding several iPod adapters since last year and now offering Sirius-ready accessories.
