Mobile Solutions Plans 3-Day Business Training

Tempe, Ariz. – Mobile Solutions,
the installation-training company for 12-volt retailers, will offer a three-day
class focused on managing a small independent 12-volt business.

 
The three-day class, planned for April 23-25 here at the company’s
training facility, will feature three 12-volt industry veterans, each with more
than 20 years of experience, the company said. Their topics include sales and
management techniques, hiring and retaining the right people, cash-flow
management, and launching effective marketing and promotional campaigns.

and Scott Whitehead, president of retailer

Wash.

“In today’s business climate,
it’s not enough to be good at what we do,” said Bryan Schmitt, president of
Mobile Solutions. “Business owners need to have solid strategies for growth and
employee development that will take their business to new levels.”

Culberson’s topics will include
ensuring the staff gets the right message across to customers, updating stores
in a cost-effective way, closing sales more quickly and profitably, using an
installer to close more sales, and using installation skills in marketing the
store.

Whitehead’s topics include  attracting better employees, attracting
better customers, managing inventory and cash flow, scheduling and quoting
installation labor, maximizing labor rates, partnering with local new and
used-car dealers, and diversifying the business to include window tinting,
upholstery, wheels and tires, car care products, and performance and styling
products.

Graham’s topics will include
promotions that work, making advertising pay off, networking with other dealer,
email and Facebook promotions, creating private sales and creating the image of
massive buying power.

The cost of the three-day summit
is $599 per person. Registration ends Monday, April 16. Lunch is provided each
day.

Mobile Solutions secured
preferred rates at a local Country Inn Suites hotel, and transportation is
