Mazdas Get iSimple Integration Kit

Clearwater, Fla. – AAMP of
America expanded its selection of iSimple-branded GateWay integration kits to
include the first kit that connects to Mazda factory radios.

 The $189-suggested ISMZ571 interface connects
to the satellite-radio port of a Mazda satellite-ready factory radios. The kit
in turn connects to an iPod/iPhone, $99.95 iSimple HD Radio tuner, $99.95
iSimple hands-free Bluetooth module, or Sirius-branded satellite-radio tuner
(via a $59.95 iSimple connector cable).

Once connected, the devices can
be controlled from the car’s factory radio controls and steering-wheel mounted
radio controls.

The new GateWay kit for Mazdas
works with the satellite-ready factory radios in the following models:

– Mazda 3 (2010-2011)

– Mazda 5 (2009-2010)

– Mazda 6 (2010-2011)

– CX-7 (2010-2011)

– CX9 (2010-2011)

– RX-8 (2010-2011)

iSimple also revised its ISFD571 GateWay
kit for Fords to be compatible with satellite-ready factory radios in the 2008-2011
Mazda Tribute.

Previously, the company announced
a

firmware
upgrade

for its Honda and Acura integration kits to expand the kit’s
compatibility to hundreds more Hondas and Acuras. The firmware update lets
Honda/Acura radios see the $189 interface kit as a factory CD changer instead
of a factory satellite-radio tuner, making the kit compatible with almost every
2004-2011 Honda and Acura vehicle, the company said.
