Santa Clara, Calif. – Dennis L. May, CEO of hhgregg, has signed
on as a conference speaker at NPD
, to take place Feb. 28-29 at the Hard
Rock in San Diego.
Kicking off day two of the conference, May will join The NPD
Group’s Stephen Baker, industry analysis VP, for a conversation on the opportunities and
challenges in the U.S. CE retail segment in the coming year. May will speak on Feb. 29 starting at 8:10 a.m.

The agenda for the two-day session will cover everything from
tablets and Ultrabooks to smart TVs and large-screen FPDs.

May joined hhgregg in 1999. He has been CEO since August 2009.
From 1999 to January 2003 he served as the executive VP and COO, and he was
appointed president and COO in January 2003.
