DX speakers feature heavy-gauge steel baskets, two-piece paintable grilles on all but two models, high-flux ferrite magnets, high-temperature 1-inch voice coils, laminated paper cones with pressed-foam surround, polyester-fiber cloth spiders and a 13mm hard dome tweeters. Peak power outputs range from 150 watts to 250 watts.
