developer of a glasses-free 3D LCD TV system, said Friday that M. Rothman &
Co. has signed on as the exclusive nationwide distributor for ACX’s Vibrante
3DX-24 auto-multiscopic (glasses-free) 3D HDTV.
The
will be available at selected retailers and online e-tail stores
later this year, Team ACX said.
The announcement came on the 60
th
anniversary of
wholesale distributor M. Rothman & Co., which specializes in electronics
and houseware products for regional and national CE retailers, premium, and
direct-market channels.
The company features a modern distribution facility offering quick
delivery and the ability to help dealers manage their businesses more
efficiently and profitably, the distributor said.
“We are pleased to be selected by ACX as the exclusive national
distributor for their line of Vibrante auto-multiscopic 3D HDTVs,” said Douglas
Rothman, M. Rothman & Co. executive VP. “We believe the only success 3D
will have in the future is when there is no longer the necessity of being
tethered to a pair of specialized glasses, we should all be glasses-free.”
