Fremont, Calif. — Lexar Media said today that it has renewed and extended its flash-memory supply and licensing agreement with Samsung.
The deal, which will run through March 2011, “expands the range of products covered by the original agreement and improves the overall terms of purchase for Lexar,” Lexar said in a statement announcing the deal.
The new agreement also expands the scope of the company’s current royalty-bearing license agreement to cover Samsung products that were not previously included in the original license grant.
Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
