‘Juno’ Streets On Multiple Platforms

Los Angeles — Twentieth Century Fox said Tuesday it has released its box office hit “Juno” through the iTunes Store day-and-date with the Blu-ray Disc and DVD releases. In addition, both disc versions also include a Digital Copy version of the film, which purchasers can copy directly to their personal media player devices.

Fox said the extensive release options make the movie “its most widely available home entertainment release ever.”

In addition, “Juno B-Sides: Almost Adopted Songs,” which is a follow-up release to the Juno soundtrack, one of the all-time top-selling iTunes soundtracks, is also now available exclusively on iTunes for $9.99.

“Juno” was nominated for four Academy Awards, and won best original screenplay. It was directed by Academy Award nominee Jason Reitman and features best actress nominee Ellen Page.

The Apple iTunes release is available for $14.99 for download to view on a PC, Mac, iPod with video, iPhone or with Apple TV on a widescreen TV. The Special Edition two disc DVD and BD versions with Digital Copy offer the ability to transfer the digital version of the film to an iTunes account for playback on a computer or compatible portable video device such as an iPod with video or iPhone.

“Juno” will be available on iTunes Movie Rentals starting May 14. The iTunes rental offering launched in January featuring movies from all of the major movie studios.
