Washington D.C. – The International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to ban the importation of select cellphones, media players and tablets that Apple contended violated some of its patents.
Most of the models, however, are no longer sold in the U.S.
The offending products can continue to be sold in the U.S. while the U.S. Trade Representative reviews the decision to determine whether it should be enforced or overturns.
