Wilsonville, Ore. — InFocus said Tuesday that it is now shipping its home-theater-directed InFocus X9 DLP projector at a $1,099 suggested retail.
The company, which had refocused its distribution on corporate and institutional projector in recent years, said the new unit will offer native 720p resolution, with “video-optimized brightness” of 1,800 ANSI lumens, and an array of connectors including VGA and HDMI.
The display uses DLP BrilliantColor technology for added color accuracy.
“The InFocus X9 is the perfect choice for the buyer looking for a value-priced alternative to our award-winning IN80 series,” stated Benjamin Joy, InFocus product marketing director. “Now anyone can enjoy watching sports or entertainment in a stunning 100-inch image.”
