Swedesboro, N.J. - In Care Experts (ICE), the car A/V buying group, has launched a mystery phone shopper program for members.
The effort was created to help member dealers assess their staffs' phone skills and institute improvements if needed.
Under the program, phone calls are placed each month to every ICE store location, and associates are scored on the mystery shopper's experience. Points are tallied, and the dealer with the highest score will be awarded a prize. The first winner will be announced June 1.
According to ICE executive director Rob Elliott, "Our consumer Web site has been referring an incredible amount of pre-qualified consumers to ICE retailers each month. It is extremely important to ensure that once the consumer does take this step, they receive the very best experience which ultimately leads to a sale."
