IC Realtime Adds Surveillance Software

DENVER – IC Realtime (booth 776), will be showing at CEDIA Expo its new IC720 surveillance camera software.

The Pompano Beach, Fla.- based company said the IC720 software will be a key element of the its soon-to-be -eleased line of 720-degree surveillance cameras.

The software is said to dramatically improve the userviewing experience of its 180- and 360-degree surveillance cameras (all analog, IP and megapixel models). It will also improve images from products of other camera brands.

IC Realtime is making the IC720 available as a free iPad app at Apple’s App Store. Versions will soon be available for use with iPhone, Android and a variety of mobile devices, tablets and laptops, the company said.

“The IC720 software creates a panoramic, 3Dlike experience that completely captivates viewers by putting them in the center of the action, far surpassing anything available in video surveillance monitoring to date,” stated IC Realtime CEO Matt Sailor. “This game-changing technology is reinventing the way we think about and approach video and software solutions that can be deployed across almost all hardware applications.”

Sailor said the IC720 has a built in modular format that makes it device-agnostic, and capable of integrating with all video surveillance cameras on the market today. “If the software doesn’t already work with the manufacturer’s application, just provide us your RTSP video stream path, and we’ll make it work,” Sailor said in a statement.

Different versions of the camera with interchangeable lenses and sensors are currently in development, the company said. The first is slated to hit the market this month.
