Indianapolis, Ind. – h.h.gregg will continue its national build-out Thursday with the opening of its first four stores in St. Louis and two new locations in central Illinois.
The new showrooms, which will raise the company’s store count to 224, will also be among its first to carry fitness equipment and home entertainment furniture, two new product categories for the majap, CE and bedding chain.
Marketing senior VP Jeff Pearson said the store openings in St. Louis and Springfield and Champaign, Ill., “demonstrate h.h.gregg’s ongoing commitment to expanding operations in the Midwest. We look forward to serving new customers in the area, who can expect to find the same great service and advice that has been the driving force of our growth and success.”
Each location will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday morning and a grand-opening sale that will run Sept. 13-22.
Separately, h.h.gregg is also planning a new store in Port Richey, Fla., its 34th in the Sunshine State and its 10th along the Gulf Coast.
The company has also updated its lowercase logo by re-introducing periods after each “h.”
