St. James, N.Y. – Global Warranty Group (GWG) will provide extended-service coverage to customers of Vtechsquad, a Cloud-based IT support provider.

Under the partnership, GWG will provide Vtechsquad with extended-service programs for its customers’ desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, iPhones, smartphones and TVs.

“Our partnership with Global Warranty Group allows us to further expand our solutions to our customers,” said Vtechsquad founder/CEO Manish Sharma. “This new offering provides comprehensive extended-service product protection for our desktop, notebook, tablet and wireless solutions. It also provides our customers with a large service network that is combined with industry leading support and administrative capabilities. ”

In other GWG news, the company has acquired a new home for its service and support center in Boise, Idaho. GWG said the new, 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility will support the growth of its wireless protection, OEM warranty and extended-service contract businesses. 

GWG president Charles Pipia added that the new Boise center “will allow us to optimize our sales support and operations to deliver the highest service levels possible for our clients and their customers.”
