Grace Digital Debuts Floating Boombox Case

San Diego – Grace
Digital has expanded its EcoXGear line to include a submersible, waterproof,
floating shock-resistant boombox case for smartphones and personal media
players.

The Eco Terra Boombox is
IPX7 waterproof tested and approved, constructed with a polycarbonate shell,
rubberized impact device bumpers and two 3-inch full-range forward-firing
speakers. If dropped into water, the case will always rotate to point the
speakers up, so there is no unwanted interruption of audio playback, Grace
Digital said.

It works with any device
with a 3.5mm headphone jack. The internal waterproof casing houses a player or
smartphone, and leaves room for cash, credit cards, car keys, etc.

The Eco Terra is powered
by four C batteries for up to 25 hours of play on a charge. It also includes an
AC wall charger, a shoulder strap, and several carabineer clips for attaching
the boombox to a kayak, boat, tent, tree, etc. It also is equipped with an air-pressure
release valve that keeps the case watertight, yet is easy to open at any
altitude, the company said.

Priced at $150, the Eco
Terra Boombox is available now at GraceDigital.com.
