administrator and provider of extended-service contracts and OEM warranty
programs for CE, IT, cellular and appliance products, said the new facility
supports the company’s expansion strategy.
“The establishment of this new … center
represents an important and integral component of our continued growth
strategy, as we expand our OEM and ESP business divisions,” noted president
Charles Pipia. He said the facility will allow GWG “to optimize the scheduling,
dispatch, processing and coordination of our North American service network and
deliver the highest service levels possible for our clients and their
