Maestro announced it has added new 2-ohm speakers.
The new models are as
follows:

CC6508IV2, 6.5-inch
co-axial speaker, $249;

CC5008IV2, 5.25-inch
co-axial speaker, $219;

CS6508IV2, 6.5-inch
component speaker, $269; and

CS5008IV2, 5.25-inch
component speaker, $279.
According to German
Maestro, the C Class 6508 co-axial and component drivers measure 2.42 inches
mounting depth, and the C Class 5008 co-axial and component drivers measure
2.32 inches in depth.
All are equipped with
the company’s MegaSphere tweeter technology, said to create a superior off-axis
performance, with a silk-dome-like sound but with the power handling capacity
of titanium.
