Olathe, Kan.— Garmin has added a Nuvi personal navigation device to its line that features the ability to announce street names of upcoming turns to the budget priced Nuvi 200 series.
The new Nuvi 260 offers a pocket-sized form factor with 3.5-inch screen and an internal antenna. It has a picture viewer, SD card slot and preloaded maps of the full United States, as well as Puerto Rico and Canada. It also has 6 million points of interest and travel features such as a currency converter, unit converter, calculator and world clock.
It ships this month at a suggested retail of $499.
