Episode Adding Step-Up Speaker Series

Atlanta – SnapAV is coming to the CEDIA Expo with a step-up line
of speakers to complement its ES-500 and 300 series.

 The new ES-700 series consists of two in-room;
two in-wall LCRs and five in-ceiling LCRs. All are shipping.

The 700 series include speaker types not
previously available before from Episode, including an in-room tower speaker,
an in-room bookshelf monitor, and in-ceiling and in-wall LCRs for home theater
use, the company said.

The ES-700 Tower at a suggested $749 each and the
Bookshelf Monitor at $299 each feature Episode’s Natural Cell Structure (NCS)
woofer material for deep bass and catenary dome tweeters for a wide, natural
soundstage at any volume level, the company said.

 A $699-each two-way in-ceiling LCR with sealed
back box and a $399-each two-way in-wall LCR are each equipped with dual
5.25-inch drivers with angled baffles. A two-way in-ceiling speaker with single
5.25-inch driver also features an angled baffle for home theater use. Three
other models, intended for multiroom-audio applications, consist of a
horizontal two-way in-wall speaker and two two-way in-ceiling speakers, one
with 8-inch woofer and the other with 6.5-inch woofer. They range in price from
$399 to $699 per pair.

Charlotte, N.C.-based SnapAV is a
manufacturer and exclusive source of more than 900 products for the custom A/V
channel.

All 700-series speakers are timbre matched to
give dealers the flexibility to mix and match models, said marketing VP Adam
Levy.
