Seattle — Mike Hench has been reelected president of The Edge Distributors Group, a group of 15 independently owned regional distributors that cater to custom install and residential systems integrators. Brett Neiderman has been appointed VP, replacing Woody Taylor.
Both Hench and Neiderman will serve two-year terms beginning in 2008.
Hench served as president since 2006 and served as VP from 2002 to 2005. He is principal of Florida-based custom install products company Electronics Source and representative firm LP Hench Company.
Neiderman is the principal of Pennsylvania-based custom install products distribution company Tech Source Distributors and sales representative firm NuTech Group. He co-founded Edge and has served as its VP in the past.
The departing VP Taylor served in the position since 2006. He is the principal of Dallas-based Dobbs Stanford Corporation sales representative firm and Electronics Lane distributors.
In other news, The Edge Distributors Group recently signed two new members: Dorrance Supply Company and Radio and TV Equipment Inc.
Dorrance will represent the Edge’s product lines in Ohio, West Virginia and western Pennsylvania.
Radio and TV Equipment will represent the company’s product lines in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
